Actor’s Improv
Just as writers are advised to "write what they know," students will learn to improvise using their own experiences, using emotional memory. We will practice the skills of deep listening, being present, creating a strong emotional point of view, and integrating silence and physical contact with your scene partner.

About the Teachers
Bobbi Block: Based in Philadelphia, PA USA, Bobbi has been teaching, directing, and producing Improvisational Theater for 20+ years. She is the Founder and Artistic Director of critically acclaimed Tongue & Groove Spontaneous Theater, and teaches Improv at two universities and around the globe.
Nicola Pauling: Based in Wellington, New Zealand, Nicola is the Creative Director of Voice Arts, a charitable trust using applied improvisation for community development. She is an actor, improvisor, and Director and co-founder of truth improv troupe Best on Tap.
