Past Clients Include
Participation in all activities is done voluntary and all participants assume any and all risks, including bodily injury. Medical conditions must be disclosed prior to participation in all activities.
Photographs and videos may be taken during events and activities and used for promotional purposes. Participants will allow the release and use of all images unless otherwise noted. Any subject of a photo or video may request that it be taken down or altered at any time.
Deposits, invoices, and pre-paid activities may be fully refunded 30 days prior to delivery date. Up to 7 days prior to an event, a 70% refund is available. Up to 24 hours prior to an event, a 50% refund is available. Cancellations within 24 hours of an event will not be eligible for any refund.
